Being in "Survival Mode" easily falls into isolation and struggle life.
I get it because I was one for the first 9 months of becoming a new mother of baby!
I didn't know who I was anymore.
I was exhausted and drained of energy.
I felt like no matter how much I did or how hard I tried, I could never get ahead and it was always not enough.
I felt like I could never get everything done (laundry, dishes, cleaning, taking a shower, time with baby) and I was always behind. My work and efforts felt like it was unnoticed.
I struggled making excuses, taking motherhood as it came.
I was committed to reasons why others could have support but I couldn't.
I made excuses why I don't have time for selfcare, movement or connecting with others.
I was addicted to cleaning, complaining, trying to be the perfect mom and make everyone happy!
